Norman was committed to helping both established and emerging leaders perform at their best.
He saw leadership development as a lifelong process, one that matters whether or not you hold a formal leadership position. His work helped leaders build their inner capacity to lead by cultivating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and strength of character, so they could become more focused, compassionate, and resilient.
The Center will give that work a permanent home, where new generations of leaders can continue to grow.
